Tier:  Jeff "Owl" Jones

Hook: Dry fly #14.

Thread: Black or tan.

Body: Black foam dots.

Hackle: Gray dry fly hackle.

The foam "dots" are the 8" X 8" foam mats used to open jars.

1: Cut foam into strips of beads.

2. Cut off 2 dots, leaving them connected.  Tie in at joint and be sure to flatten from one dot to another.

3. Tie in and wrap hackle from rear forward.

4. Whip finish.
